Checkout+ Returns
Enjoy FREE returns and package protection if Checkout+ is purchased at checkout.
Standard Returns
If you do not choose Checkout+, you are still welcome to return your item for a full refund, but a shipping cost will apply.
We are happy to exchange your item for another style/size or issue a store credit with FREE return shipping.
The following requirements must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Return package must be dated within 14 days of the order being received, otherwise store credit will be issued.
- When an item is returned, the original shipping charges are not refunded.
If any returns do not meet the above listed requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately at the customer’s cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
U.S. Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment other than Overnight or Priority, please contact via email at info@shopwilddove.com. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.
