Fashion Retail Stylist - Downtown - Now Hiring!

Wild Dove is seeking experienced stylists for our Downtown shop to lead our store by curating personalized shopping experiences for each and every customer. They thrive in high-energy, positive work environments and have a drive to exceed goals. They have a personal love for style and build genuine, long-lasting relationships with our customers and team.

We’re interested in candidates who love fashion and making women feel their best. We’re all about styling and showing the versatility of the pieces we carry.

Objective:

To create a unique, enjoyable, and personal shopping experience; embracing the Wild Dove lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store.

What you’ll do:

• Drive store sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge to reach goals daily and achieve company targets
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, new product and replenishment and invite them to upcoming events
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the brand as well as seasonal trends
• Process, steam & tag new merchandise efficiently & properly
• Maintain clear, clean and focused store layout
• Uphold all company policy and procedure
• Opportunity to participate in social media

Who you are:

• Experience creating and maintaining a strong clientele base

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (always one weekend off a month, but must have flexible schedule)
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds
