*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
All items purchased during the BUY MORE SAVE MORE & BLACK FRIDAY SALE are ONLY eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Not in love…no worries! We get that returns happen, so we've made returns easy!
Full price items are eligible for a full refund IF return requests are made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The following requirements must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Return package must be dated within 14 days of the order being received, otherwise store credit will be issued.
- When an item is returned, the original shipping charges are not refunded.
If any returns do not meet the above listed requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately at the customer’s cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?
We hope that you love your new items! If not, we want to make things right for you. Checkout+ allows you to pay a small fee upfront in order to get a free return label later as well as the peace of mind that your package is protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.
If you opt out of Checkout+, you will still be able to return through our customer portal. However, you are taking responsibility for the purchase of your return shipping label. Labels should be purchased through our portal.
HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASES BACK FOR A REFUND?
- Start your return by CLICKING HERE.
- Sign into the portal.
- Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for exchange, online store credit, or for a refund.
- If Checkout+ was utilized during original time of checkout, you will access your free shipping label through our customer portal. If not, purchase your shipping label through our portal.
- Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at a designated shipping location.
RETURNS + REFUND TIME
Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for a return. Your payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment within 5 - 8 business days.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
We try to continually bring newness into our store. Our clients prefer that we bring a variety of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. It is for this reason that all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns made within 5 Days can be credited back to the original payment.
- Returns made within 6-14 Days will be credited to store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after the 14-day period.
