How do I join?
You may join the Loyalty Program by creating a custom profile via this link OR by simply shopping in store and providing the details necessary for account set up. If you have signed up in-store, be sure to complete your customer profile online with the same email and information used in-store.
How do I earn points?
Our points system is based on a tier system regarding the total amount you spend each year.
MEMBER: (just sign up) For every $1 spent in-store or online, you receive 1 point.
INSIDER: ($2500 annual spend) For every $1 spent in-store or online, you receive 2 points.
VIP: ($5000 annual spend) For every $1 spent in-store or online, you receive 3 points.
Are there more ways to earn points?
If I shop in-store can I use my points online?
Yes, when creating your account be sure that you sign up with the same email you used in-store. This way we will be able to merge your accounts and points earned from shopping in-store AND online. If you’ve accidentally created different accounts using differing information, please feel free to email us at info@shopwilddove.com.
Is it free to join?
Yes, it is absolutely free to join! By joining the Loyalty Program, you are simply creating a customer profile for us to track your purchases and points. There is no fee for joining.
How long do my points last?
As long as you make a purchase within the 6 month time period, your points will continue to accumulate and be saved under your customer profile.
Do I have to give my mobile number and email?
Yes, your mobile phone number allows us to look up your customer profile and must be given in order to associate your points earned with your loyalty member account. A valid email address is needed in order to notify you of your rewards and benefits received.
How long do I have to use my coupons earned?
After earning a coupon, you have 6 months to use your coupon on a purchase. Coupons will expire after the 6 month time period and will no longer be valid for use.
I feel like I should be earning points quicker?
Shipping and taxes are excluded from receiving points. Gift cards are ineligible for points at the time of purchase, but points can be earned at redemption for qualifying purchases.
Can I combine discounts and rewards?
No, reward coupon codes are not valid to use with any other store promotion or discount code.
Having trouble logging into your account?
If you are having trouble logging into your account, it may be that you have multiple accounts created with differing information. We are happy to help you resolve any issues, please email us at info@shopwilddove.com.
Loyalty Program Full Disclaimer
We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Coupons can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
